Check-in anytime from 2:00pm and checkout is by 10:00am

No. All beds are made up and towels provided.  You only need to bring your food and your clothing.

As we no longer operate as a farmstay, we have no set activities. Just come and relax. Walk along the river if you like or strole around the farm. Our retreat is a perfect place to enjoy your craft or wellness activity.

We allow dogs in all cottages except “The Farmhouse” and “The Quarters”. But please, ask us for our dog policy before bringing your dog.  There are restrictions and there is a surcharge. Mostly, you will find it more relaxing if you leave the dog at home.

Our licensing is for a maximum number of people including adults, children and infants. We have different sized accommodation units for different family sizes. We must provide a sleeping place for every person and our rates are set for that number of people.

None of our accommodation units have laundries.  We have put extra room into the bathrooms and living areas.  We only have commercial machines on the property so prefer that our guests do NOT use them.  For corporate bookings, we will offer a laundry service. 

All of our cottages have a minimum 2 night stay. 

There is a pool on the property, but it is not licensed for guest use. It is a private lap pool (and very cold). Both towns of York and Beverley have fantastic swimming pools and are only 15 mins drive from the farm.
