All of our cottages are licensed for a maximum number of people including children and infants. All of our cottages and units, except our 1 bedroom cottages, have a 2 night minimum stay on weekends and during school holiday times.
Please Note: All beds are made up and towels provided, plus other consumables. You only need to bring your food and clothing.
We allow 1 night stays during the week. There will be a small surcharge dependant on the standard rate. 1 night stays are now bookable through our on-line booking system.
“Aussie Bush Cabin”, “Valencia Villa” and “Bali Hai Bungalow” rates are $220.00 per night for a maximum of 5 people in each cottage. Cots and high chairs available. $210.00 per night for three night stay. (Direct bookings only. We will adjust the rate for you)
“Kirribilli” is $230.00 per night. Sleeps 6 people over 5 or 6 beds. $220.00 per night for three night stay. (Direct bookings only. We will adjust the rate for you)
“The Farmhouse” is $270.00 per night. Sleeps 8 people over 5 beds.
“The Quarters” is $180.00 per night. Sleeps 3 people over 2 or 3 beds.
“The Lodge” is $290.00 per night for a maximum of 8 people over 6 or 7 beds.
“The Lodge and Kirribilli” the 2 units together sleep 14 people over 11 or 12 beds. $510.00 per night and this includes The Common Room.
“Rose Cottage” and “The Orchard Chalet” are 1 bedroom cottages with sleeping for 2 people only. Rate is $130.00 per night. These are very cute, but tiny cottages. Bringing a child is not recommended, particularly during winter when they have wood fires. 1 night stays accepted.

“Breakfast Basket” for 2 people $20.00. “BBQ Dinner Pack” for 2 people $40.00. 1 weeks notice required.

This is a rural property with farm animals. We do not have enclosed yards for dogs. If you want to bring your dog, please ask about our “Dog Policy” before you book. A surcharge applies. Pets are not allowed in “The Red Room”, “The Farmhouse” or “The Quarters”.
Terms and Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
We do not charge by the person. There is a maximum number of people, including children and infants, that we can accept in each cottage. Our rates are set according to that number. If guests exceed the maximum number of people without prior arrangements with Lavendale Farm, there will be a penalty of $50 .00 per person above this limit, per night.
We require a deposit of at least $50.00 per night per cottage to secure your booking. If paying by credit card over the phone the balance can be paid when you arrive. If you choose to pay the deposit direct to our bank account the balance must be paid 3 days before your arrival to confirm the booking. Group bookings including The Lodge will be asked for an additional $200.00 bond. This is because access is given to The Common Room for the group. The bond will be returned if there is no additional cleaning required or damage incurred. Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in time of your booking will forfeit the full amount. Cancellation more than 3 days but less than 1 week forfeits the deposit. Cancellation greater than 1 week will enable a refund of the deposit less 10%.
For bookings on long weekends and school holidays, and for groups of more than 2 cottages, the length for cancellation notice is trebled. 3 days becomes 9 days, 1 week becomes 3 weeks.”
