Lavendale Farm can accommodate up to 46 people over 33 beds in 18 bedrooms over our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages. Part of this development is the creation of 2 large rooms for meeting and dining. A fantastic setup for Corporate Retreats, Church Camps, Family reunions, Tour Groups or events for up to 46 people.

Our “Community Room” is part of a large complex completed in March 2016. The room itself is approximately 67 square metres in size and can comfortable seat 46 people.There is a commercial kitchen and unisex, wheelchair accessible powder room. The Patio attached to this room overlooks the farm. There is enough room for all your delegates/guests to sit outside and enjoy a BBQ and be sheltered from sun and rain.

We can organise presentation equipment, team building exercises, activities and even arrange your catering for your corporate retreat or family re-union.

Please ask us for our cleaning fee rates and equipment hire. We can advise you on local caterers or help you ourselves.

The Common Room

The “Common Room” is situated between two of our units, The Lodge and Kirribilli. These two units alone can sleep 14 people. An additional powder room is available from The Common Room.

This has been very popular for large family gatherings and for small corporate events. It makes a great work room for school visits too. The room can comfortably seat 25 people in conference layout, but can accommodate more in different settings. This room is part of the tariff for The Lodge.
