Accommodation Rates

“Aussie Bush Cabin”, “Valencia Villa” and “Bali Hai Bungalow” rates are $170.00 per night for a maximum of 5 people in each cottage. Cots available. (increasing to $180.00 from 1st April 2012) SUMMER SPECIAL – $150.00 per night minimum 2 nights January & February

“The Red Room” is $150.00 per night for 2 people including a cooked breakfast. Cot available.

“The Lodge” is $240.00 per night for a maximum of 8 people, with a minimum stay of two nights. (increasing to $250.00 from 1st April 2012) SUMMER SPECIAL – $200.00 per night minimum 2 nights January & February

Pets: This is a rural property with all the wide open spaces of the country but we do have farm animals.

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit of at least $50.00 per night to secure your booking. If paying by credit card over the phone the balance can be paid when you arrive. If you choose to pay the deposit direct to our bank account the balance must be paid 3 days before your arrival to confirm the booking.

Cancellation less than 72 hours before check-in time of your booking day will forfeit the full amount. Cancellation more than 72 hours but less than 1 week forfeits the deposit.

Cancellation greater than 1 week will enable a refund of the deposit less 10%.
