All of our cottages are licensed for a maximum number of people including children. We cannot accept bookings in excess of the maximum number of people the cottage is licensed for.
“Aussie Bush Cabin”, “Valencia Villa” and “Bali Hai Bungalow” rates are $200.00 per night for a maximum of 5 people in each cottage. Infants under 2 years old OK in addition to 5 others. Cots and high chairs available. 2 night minimum booking on Friday and Saturday nights and during school holidays (except January). One night stay during the week is $220.00
“Kirribilli” is $210.00 per night. Sleeps 6 people over 5 or 6 beds. 2 night minimum stay.
“The Red Room” is $160.00 per night for 2 people including a cooked breakfast. No other cooking facilities.
“The Farmhouse” is $260.00 per night. Sleeps 8 people over 6 beds. 2 night minimum stay
“The Quarters” is $180.00 per night. Sleeps 3 people over 2 beds. Cot & High chair available for infant under 2. 2 night minimum booking on weekends.
“The Lodge” is $260.00 per night for a maximum of 8 people over 6 beds, with a minimum stay of two nights.
“The Lodge and Kirribilli” the 2 units together sleep 14 people over 12 beds. 2 night minimum stay. $470.00 per night and this includes The Common Room.
“Rose Cottage” and “The Orchard Chalet” are 1 bedroom cottages with sleeping for 2 people only. Rate is $160.00 per night.

“Breakfast Basket” for 2 people $20.00. “Lunch Box” for 1 person $12.00. “BBQ Dinner Pack” for 2 people $30.00. 1 weeks notice required.

This is a rural property with farm animals. We do not have enclosed yards for dogs. If you want to bring your dog, please ask about our “Dog Policy”. A nightly surcharge applies. Pets are not allowed in “The Red Room”, “The Farmhouse” or “The Quarters”.
Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit of at least $50.00 per night per cottage to secure your booking. If paying by credit card over the phone the balance can be paid when you arrive. If you choose to pay the deposit direct to our bank account the balance must be paid 3 days before your arrival to confirm the booking. Group bookings including The Lodge will be asked for an additional $200.00 bond. This is because access is given to The Common Room for the group. The bond will be returned if there is no additional cleaning required or damage incurred.
Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in time of your booking day will forfeit the full amount. Cancellation more than 3 days but less than 1 week forfeits the deposit. Cancellation greater than 1 week will enable a refund of the deposit less 10%.
For bookings on long weekends and for groups of more than 2 cottages, the length for cancellation notice is trebled. 3 days becomes 9 days, 1 week becomes 3 weeks.
